    Can't download the game


    Hi guys.

    Just wanted to post my woes so far in trying to get my hands on this game.

    On my Xbox one it says 'Try again Later, Check your internet connection and try again. We couldn't connect to the store'.

    This is despite the fact I can download the current free games at 20mbps, and I can view everything in the store fine.

    I have contacted support and they suggested I try buying the game in the online store. The page said the game is out of stock. Also the game does not appear in the digital download list on the Microsoft store page for xbox one.

    If anyone who has had the same issue and could post a solution that would be great.

    I'm having the same issue for a different game. Must be Xbox. Damn, they have so many bugs.

    This is ridiculous. There's no way to play on the PC at all.

    Anyone understand how to get the game on pc if the store doesn't even have a working page that I can get to?

    Exactly my problem as well.

    Microsoft support is clueless. This makes me wonder how Microsoft can accomplish other tasks but easy tasks like setting up a download link for digital purchases must be extremely difficult for them!

    I had the same issue and I had to download the Windows 10 anniversary update first and than the game appeared for download and installed smoothly. Hope that's the fix.

    Hey Michael, although you're missing most of your sentence I'll see if I can help:

    First of all, make sure there is enough space on your hard drive to download the game in question and that your internet is running and connected to your xbox.

    Secondly, make sure you have the games purchased or accessible. A good way to check is to look into your account billing history.

    Thirdly, if the others are not the issue, try power cycling your xbox by holding the power button down until it turns off.

    Fourth, if that doesn't help anything either you can try removing your account and redownloading it.

    Fifth if none of these options help, you could try calling Xbox support and getting a professional opinion.

    I'm a little confused. I know you said your account was "hacked" but is it the same account you're using now and the same account that purchased the games? If it's the same account then you can redownload it from your download history -
