Can't download the game

Somehow my pc specs wasn't recognized and windows doesn't allow me to buy or even install the "free" version of the game.

I'm having the same issue for a different game. Must be Xbox. Damn, they have so many bugs.

You need to be on the November 2015 update on Windows 10, Version 1511. Settings - Update & Secuirty - ensure "Defer uUpgrades" is not checked under Advanced Options

I'm having the same problem as FeraciusAnder. It will not let me download the Free version of the game and says I need updates. I too checked to make sure that box was not checked. It is not. I hope this gets resolved soon.

I can not install the app as well. I too am on the November 2015 update on Windows 10, Version 1511

I'm on build 10240, "device is up to date." The "Free+" button is greyed out for me as well. I'm quite annoyed by this.

Hey Michael, although you're missing most of your sentence I'll see if I can help:

First of all, make sure there is enough space on your hard drive to download the game in question and that your internet is running and connected to your xbox.

Secondly, make sure you have the games purchased or accessible. A good way to check is to look into your account billing history.

Thirdly, if the others are not the issue, try power cycling your xbox by holding the power button down until it turns off.

Fourth, if that doesn't help anything either you can try removing your account and redownloading it.

Fifth if none of these options help, you could try calling Xbox support and getting a professional opinion.

That game is not available for the console. It would be downloadable either on a phone or PC.

I'm a little confused. I know you said your account was "hacked" but is it the same account you're using now and the same account that purchased the games? If it's the same account then you can redownload it from your download history -
