Cant download the game

I get the message saying that I am not authorized. But I can download all other stuff on live... even downloaded COD and Child of Light stuff to test....

Someone said that the problem can be account migration and I should migrate to my original country, but when I try to, I get message that I cant do that.... I never migrated before and I have all requirements OK.



Please, I need to solve this problem extra quick...

Im getting the same message as OP. My Gamertag was made in Canada but Ive been living in the UK. However it says Dark Souls is available in both countries and many others and its free in all of them. So what does it matter where I am.

Well it does matter since MS wants to make sure you're not by-passing any restrictions; one Marketplace for each region, totally not dependent on the content. You should make sure your profile is actually registered to the country where you try to access
the Marketplace and if it isn't, you can migrate the account and that should solve the problem.

 

Have you tried to call the Xbox live support? I am sure they can give you more answers than anyone here could. They can look at your account and find out where the problem might be
