Can't download the free xbox gold games for 360 on my Xbox one

I have noticed I the last two months I

Cant download the free gold 360 game

It comes up with get price then goes to the

Next screen says that it is free but when I click

To get it, it says I can't get it and to try again later

problem with the games with gold

I have a problem with the games with gold. I can download the Xbox One games on my Xbox One but whenever I try to download the free Xbox 360 games, it says buy for free and when i press it, it goes to a blue screen. Same with the Internet Explorer, it just
says go to the Xbox store and download it, which I obviously can't do.. I do not have a Xbox 360 in order to download the free Xbox 360 games with games with gold, so it can automatically pop up in my Install on the Xbox One. So my question is, "How do I download
the free Xbox 360 games without an Xbox 360?"

 

Backward Compatibility

Every month I download 2 free games on Gold to my Xbox one, but, i cannot download the 360 games from Gold into my Xbox one for backward compatibility. How do i activate my Xbox One to start playing backward compatible 360 games.

 

Hey there. You can sometimes fix this by removing and re-downloading your account. Make sure you know the email address and password for your account, go to Settings, Account, Remove accounts and remove yours. Open the guide, go down to the Settings tab,
Restart console. When it reboots, open the guide again, go up, then left to Add & manage and enter your account info.

Also, be sure you have a current payment method on file and that your billing information is correct. You can check both at
