Can't download the free game that came with xbox one x

I can't seem to download the free game that came with my xbox one x (Tomb Raider). It says on the outside of the box that it is a digital download. I tried to Google it and found it should be waiting in the "Games ready to install" section, which it is not.
Just wandering if anyone could suggest anything on here.

What do we really with 14 days xbox live gold trial code which we get with Xbox One bundle?

I purchased an new xbox one (with free Fifa 15) and it came with Xbox live Gold Trial for 14 days. I redeemed my code but it shows nowhere that my Gold subscription is active. I can't download any game which if free with Gold subscription.

Hello. I bought my Xbox One X two weeks ago. At the initial setup, I was offered 14 days of free Game Pass subscription. At the end of this free subscription I can't activate the code that came bundled with the console, because it is only for new customers.
What should I do with this code now?

When the console comes with a game or subscription it is included as a digital download code. Has the code been redeemed? If not go ahead and try our

redeem solution posted on the Xbox website. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!

Do you know where the location of this code is? That is what I am missing. I did carefully unpack the box and did not see anything of the nature.

They are normally on a thin card roughly 6x4 inch size. It will have an image of the game on it and the code

 

Hey Dust also check your receipt, some retailers do print it directly on there.

I found the card in a grey pack in the box. It was right at the bottom and I assumed it was the bottom of the box!
