Can't download System update I'm getting error code 417F - 0000 - 0080 - 0300 - 8007 - ...

I've tried everything from clearing the cache on my hard drive to unplugging my Hard drive and putting it back in. (PS. I have an xbox 360 elite non slim xbox with a 150 gb hard drive on it). It doesn't even attempt to download , I press yes to install the
update and it goes directly to this error message.

I am getting a message after I run the Test Xbox LIVE Connection tool that say i have to get an update and when i say yes it says its downloading for a few seconds and then it says the update has failed

I am getting the error code 3CD6-0000-0080-0300-8007-2751 update coming up as failed

It worked but now I have no Audio after the update so now what do I do?

 

Happy to see the update got through, but I'm sorry to hear about the audio issue. Is your Xbox 360 console plugged into a receiver, or is the unit plugged directly into the TV?

 

My xbox is plugged directly into the TV with my turtle beach headset cables connected to them

Alright, Thanks for the info! Have you tried unplugging the headset? Let's try having the only thing plugged in be the Xbox 360 to the TV. Post back and let us know if having only the Xbox 360 be plugged into your TV helps!

Follow the steps linked in the verified post to burn the update to a DVD. If that does not work, or you don't have a blank DVD, I would recommend acquiring a USB flash drive to install the update. Be sure to post a new thread detailing the issue and provide

how do you download it on a dvd

 

like I can get my profile back on my xbox either because it says I must get this update first but everytime I do it this code pops up and I have a harddrive 60gb why wont it download

 

OK i have an error updated my system update i tried burning the update to cd and it wont boot to it or play the mixed media disc and the usb same problem i also even deleted my system cache still no luck so now what im not happy

 

The error is 417F-0000-0300-8007-2751 ONLINE SAYS THAT code is not listed but my system wont update not online or from a cd burn or from a usb stick
