    i just spent $30 on subnautica and now when i try to download it says error it wont even start the download and i still have 1.4 tb of storage

    why can’t i install games ive already purchased?

    went to billing and went through everything. the 4 packs that i can’t install aren’t there. it’s like i’ve never bought them when those were the first 4 i ever bought. when i go to the microsoft store it shows that i bought it and it just needs installed.
