"Can't Download Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic" on 360

Recently I purchased SW Kotor from 360 marketplace . Download goes to 80% then it gets error "Can't Download Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic" and leaves 3,8gb corrupted file on hdd. I have tried to download it again many times also with deleting corrupted
file and clearing cache or even re-download my xbox profile. Still getting same error. Any advice?

I have Star Wars- Knights of the Old Republic but the game can´t download and options of store show "Purchase by 9.99" option and "Already purchased: download".

My Xbox One don´t show any game in downloader list

Yes. I live in Poland and im on Polish marketplace and payed for game with polish currency. I know it sometimes happends when you trying to download game from different region but this time game is available

in same region.

I have the same issue. Microsoft seem to have a problem. Many other people have it stuck on 80%.

 

i face the same problem, tried to clean cache, reinstall .....

nothing helps, spend 4 days... no luck

 

So its looks like its common problem. I Keep trying everyday and still with no luck.

Guys, i talk whit the support of xbox

and he told me that maybe my console (xbox 360 e) detect my connection (internet) like i stay in other country

the posible solution is check the connection or try to download whit a connection of a friend or family who is in the same country

I have the exact same problem in Canada. I purchased the game yesterday and have tried to download it like 20+ times. Each time it gets to 80% and then says "cannot download."

No, my internet is fine and I'm using an official 360 HD. No problems downloading other games.

This problem is really annoying. Is it possible to get a refund?

 

I'm having same problem. Clearly, download file is corrupted. Is there a way for refund?
