    I had this fault recurring for the SSX download. It was fixed by:

    1. Switch router off/on at the mains - causing it to reset and will probably acquire a new IP address.

    2. (While your router refreshes) Go to Storage>HDD in your Xbox and delete the "incomplete download" SSX game.

    3. On Storage>HDD press Y and select to Clear Cache.

    ...It should now DL (although I stayed on the Active Downloads to make sure I didn't interrupt it). It instantly completes at 80% (computer progress bars are total lies). It still took ages though for 3.68GB - so I suspect the file is on a dog-chewed server
    with 20 dead mice inside the case, on dial-up Internet.

    NB: There's 2 free DLCs for SSX: 'Mt. Fuji & Friends'...and 'Mt. Fuji'...I guess the buffoons forgot to delete the 1st Fuji when they released Fuji & Friends...I DLed them both since I don't assume anything.

    ...Now that I've DLed the 2 Fuji DLCs - viewing them in Storage, 1 is called Japan Range and the other's called Presell Pack. So, it looks like 1 isn't Fuji at all and both DLs are needed. Someone's ballsed up though, for sure.

    Same here. Can't download Bioshock and SSX (from december). Both are in my Download History but when i try to download ist starts and break up at 0% with a message "can't download ...". Other Games in my account / download are history working. Just deleted
    Tomb Raider and downloaded it again without problems.

    Yeah i have the same issue and have reset the router. Makes no sense, i just downloaded all the freebies on the Xbox one and i looooved SSX back in the day and figured *** right im getting that. Just keep getting "Cant Download SSX" with no reasonable explanation
    given.
