This is one of the free Games with Gold titles currently available.

What error code or message are you receiving?

Can't download SSX

That message appears after it appears to successfully download for a while. Sometimes get to 30% 45% and then the error occurs. I have tried all the advice on the forums here:

And none of the advice has resolved the issue. See further below for speed test info. My Xbox 360 is using a wired connection currently.

Xbox Live Gold Games [Doesn't download?] "there's a glitch in the system"?

Same here. Can't download Bioshock and SSX (from december). Both are in my Download History but when i try to download ist starts and break up at 0% with a message "can't download ...". Other Games in my account / download are history working. Just deleted
Tomb Raider and downloaded it again without problems.

 

Snowboarding games?

Can't wait for the new SSX! Loved playing ssx, ssx tricky, ssx3 on ps2/xbox - this new one is going to be something special for fans of the series I think!

 

Wow. As soon as I post this thread the download gets past 40% and eventually completes. I have been trying to download this game for the last 2 days. Anyway, issue resolved on its own.

 

Have you tried hard reseting your modem and router for 5mins?

 

Yeah i have the same issue and have reset the router. Makes no sense, i just downloaded all the freebies on the Xbox one and i looooved SSX back in the day and figured *** right im getting that. Just keep getting "Cant Download SSX" with no reasonable explanation
given.

 

Hell as i type this im downloading the Bordelands prequrl compatability pack fine

 

Ngocphi, thanks for the reply. No I did not reset my modem or router. The issue resolved on it's own.

Note your account region has to match your actual region excluding territories or military bases

 

Did anyone figure this out? I have been trying to get this download since Christmas and I get the same meassage.

 

I had the same problem but I went to redownload and to where it shows the percentage (download details) and don't do anything else in your xbox. It downloaded completely to me.
