Yes, i tried:

- to delete game,

- clear cache,

- download in another removable media..

I've downloaded sonic generations(7gb) about 6 times..

Isnt work! please take my money back! i cant call to xbox support, can i contact by email?

I actually would like that, another thing I think would be cool is if they add a collection of all of the Sonic games. Sonic Generations, Sonic 06, Sonic Unleashed, Sonic Forces ect. I just think it would be cool to play all of those good games on the
Xbox One.

This can sometimes happen with Games on Demand if game data happens to be corrupt. To solve this, first try these steps:

• Delete Sonic Generations from your hard drive. (Settings -> System -> Storage -> Hard Drive -> Sonic Generations, select "Sonic Generations - Xbox 360 Game" followed by "Delete."
  
• Clear your system cache. (Settings -> System -> Storage -> Highlight "Hard Drive" and press Y -> Clear System Cache)
  
• Download Sonic Generations again.

If this doesn't work, other solutions involve downloading some other things first (demos, videos, etc...) followed by redownloading the affected game, but I don't know how well those are proven to work.
