    Can't Download Sleeping Dogs (Region Error)


    I just bought 12 months of Gold Live and I am living in Brazil, already changed my account to Brazil, and I'm trying to download the game Sleeping Dogs but it shows the error regions message about something like "The region it is not compatible with this
    console".

    Sleeping Dogs Download Help

    I have the same problem. I'm downloading Sleeping Dogs from Live BR and the download stops at 64%. When I try downloading it again, an error message shows up: Can't download Sleeping Dogs.

    Please solve this! Can't Download Sleeping Dogs (Region Error) :(

    the problem is you have to have 3 things match to download region locked content: location of account, location of console, and physical location, so if your console is not from Brazil but your account and location are you will run into that region lock
    issue and there is no way around it short of buying a Brazil region console sorry.

    But I already bought others games before trought Xbox Live, like "Asuras Wrath" and "Bioshock Infinity".

    So how can't just that game not be downloaded?

    Bios hock is region locked but not ntsc or pal region locked

    Region locks don't always apply to games that's why we suggest your location match your actual region and buy consoles and games from your actual region

    Many reports have came from Germany about Sleeping Dogs, that they can't download it. By the way, does it give you "This game is not available for consoles in your region", or do you just get to pin it and rate it only?

    Sleeping Dogs - On demand - Download issue.

    Basically sleeping dogs is region locked to poland where you made the purchase

    And yes region locked content doesn't transfer between region it would've been better for you to keep the original download
