    Can't download Ryse: Son of Rome Season Pass


    I'm not able to purchase the Ryse: Son of Rome Season pass. I contacted microsoft support about this problem. After explaining the problem and them trying to fix it, they fowarded me here. They asked me to paste this number here "1383215962". I think this
    is my support ticket number.

    Can you help me?
