Hi,

Ok, I spend 1 week collecting 30$ for buying 2100 Microsoft Points (in my country it is expensive), and boom, I got 2100 MS. But when I tried to download Rezurrection:
Pack 4 [EN], stops at 99% and saying:

Can't download item Rezurrection: Pack 4 [EN]!

Come on Microsoft, I hardly was collecting that money and later can't download, OMG. I UNDERSTAND THAT I'M IN A COUNTRY WHERE IT ISN'T POSSIBLE, BUT IT'S THE SAME SITUATION LIKE:

"Youre getting married today. 5 minutes later your future wife says NO, I DON'T WANT TO BE MARRIED!"

This was really big pain for me, and sad day. ... seriously.

But thanks for support. (DO NOT WRITE HERE ABOUT MY COUNTRY, I DONT CARE, I JUST KNOW I SPEND 30$ ON NOTHING!)

Go to micrososft.com and make sure your account region is Turkey. If your account region and your physical location do not match, that could be the issue.

 

For one that dlc isn't available in turkey

You cannot usethe us marketplace since that isn't your region

and also how do you know that the dlc isn't available in turkey? I also bought and downloaded GTA San Andreas and Terraria and they work fine.

Because its not listed in the Turkish marketplace

The dlc has to be listed and the disk and the dlc language has to be the same

So importing a disc won't work

And turkey wasnt a supported region when that game was released

 

So unless you find an link in the turish marketplace and t he disk isn't importrd you probably won't find it

 

Grand theft auto San Andreas was just rereleased so unless your account region doesn't match your actual region it wouldn't cause an issue

 

Change your website settings to turkey

Then goto games and search for the content if it shows up them you can download it

Keep in mind the language of the disk still has to match the dlc

 

I checked the marketplace myself and no dlc is listed for black ops 1 for turkey from the black ops listing from us I switched to turkey to view the Turkish content which had none

Black ops was published before turkey was an Xbox live region

And dlc for that game and most cod games is region specific
