Can't download Quake Arena Arcade and Darwinia+

I actually not trying to refute anything, my recommendation since the beginning was to look for it on the order history, you mentioned some game doesn't appear there and I answered how could that be and gave you a different option, I'm not here to argue with you

How you know when those game where purchased if you can't see them on the order history, do you have the confirmation email for those?

While I am certainly aware that having achievements in a game is not in and of itself proof of ownership of said game, pointing that out to me is in no way helpful, with all due respect. As someone who has worked in customer service for 30 years allow me to suggest to you that you should always assume the customer is being honest and offer to help instead of jumping to the suggestion that they are incorrect or perhaps lying.

I am aware of the order history, and will go through it. Assuming it has records from roughly ten years ago, and that I can access this information that old I will collect the information. What exactly happens then?

Sorry to sound harsh, but the immediate suggestion that I was wrong or lying is not what I expected when seeking assistance here.

Live member since 2002. But I assume you will still choose to imagine I bought my digital games on some other account that I guess I forgot about.

However all of the games listed above show as "You Own This" when I browse them on the marketplace. And all were purchased before 2013 which is the first recorded game purchase on my order history.

Well it took for darned ever but I finally was able to get to the very bottom of my purchase history.

In fact the order history does not go back all the way. It doesn't list any digital purchase made prior to 2013, and only lists one item older than that - a year of Xbox Live subscription from 2011. That's it. As far as it goes.

I've been an Xbox owner since day 1. I've been a continuous Xbox Live owner since day 1 (19 years now). I purchased digital DLC for many games in the original Xbox Era (2001-2005). I purchased over 80 Xbox Live Arcade games digitally, and about 40 Xbox Live Indie titles during the Xbox 360 Era, as well as several full games and a renewal of Xbox Live every year since it launched. None of that is listed in my order history. It cuts off at 2011.

One of the newly backwards compatible games is Bankshots Billiards 2. This one I WAS able to download from the store. But note that it's a game from 2006, and there is no record of that in my billing history either. Again, it literally lists NO digital game or DLC purchase prior to 2013 despite my having made well over 100, likely well over 200 digital purchases in that time frame.

So. Next step. I guess I'm going to have to call the 1-800 number.

Having achievements of games are not a proof of purchase as games can be shared, if you purchased the games with this account the should appear on your order history no matter how long the purchase was made
