cant download pvz on xbox backward

1335655180 thats my chat with a very nice contact of microsoft but he couldnt help me :/

i bought pvz on my xbox 360 in 2011 and i cant download it on xbox one bec its not in download history as full version i downloaded trail version in 2011 and updated the game ingame for 20 € i guess and thats why its not in my history

can enyone help me ?

360 disc drive died - transfer PvZ GW game data to One?

I see Plants Vs. Zombies on the list of Xbox 360 games that are backwards compatible on the Xbox One. If you have PvZ on disc, you should be able to put the disc in the Xbox One, download the 360 version, and continue on with the 360's saved game data
(if you had it stored on the cloud on the 360).

I am on xbox one I cant find any matches for pvz gw because I need to sign in to my origin account..... does anyone know how to sign in your origin accouny for pvz gw please tell...

Hi, I'm assuming you mean this version of Plants v Zombies
marketplace.xbox.com/.../66acd000-77fe-1000-9115-d802584109ff if so, make sure the game is in your download history by looking here
live.xbox.com/.../history if it's not there, then chances are you didn't use the same account as the one you are using now to purchase the game.

y i mean this version and no its not as i said because the trail version is the full version with time limit after the limit you can update and i did so there is no further download :/

I cant even download a backwards compatible it says i cant make this purchase on xbox.com but im already on my console
