Can't download puzzles

    Can't download puzzles


    I also can no longer download new puzzles. I tried Sweets, then Little Animals. It deducts the gold immediately (of course), but the puzzles remain in '"downloading" forever. That's 6800 pieces of gold. I did buy the upgrade to premium. That's supposed to
    last for a year, but it was only 8 months before it charged me again. In any case, I paid for an app that doesn't work. I don't know why I'm surprised; it's Microsoft after all.

    Can't download puzzles. Wasted coins on downloading the puzzles and the program wouldn't download fully. Thanks

    Microsoft Jigsaw Crashes when Opening Downloads

    Every time I try to download a new puzzle, my program closes. I have bought a puzzle and it has deducted the points, but I can't access the download section to download the puzzle.
