Can't download purchased pack for M W 3

I get error code #80153003 when trying to download MW3 purchased content. Did all the troubleshooting suggestions and tested hard wired net connectivity and still can't download content. Please help.

Downloading add-ons: Family Settings.

Secondary accounts on a family pack can't download M rated content regardless of the actual age.

 

Can't Re-download Rock Band Track Packs into Rock Band 4.

For all the tracks on some previously purchased packs, I see only "Bundle Only" with no option to download the track.

Rock Band Free Pack 01 (purchased Nov 24, 2012)

Rock Band Track Pack Classic Rock (purchased Jul 10, 2010)

Rock Band Track Pack Volume 2 (purchased Nov 7, 2009)

AC/DC Track Pack (purchased Oct 5, 2009)

All of these I can import and play fine on my 360 in Rock Band 3, but on my Xbox One in RB4 I can't seem to get these. Any help would be appreciated.

 

Go to the store and then download all of the DLC map packs sepretly

 

I have done all of that also. Download separately doesn't work.Ready to throw this thing thru the window. Does someone have a better solution????

 

Thanks for the reply @liam4799. I did download the DLC map pack collection 2 separately and it still wont download but yet everything else downloads or updates just fine SMH.

Have you tried clearing your system coach for your Xbox. This may help you with downloading content onto your Xbox. Please follow the instructions within the article bellow,

support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

Sorry to hear about the troubles with the MW3 DLC. This is a known issue that we are working to resolve. I'll be updating
this thread once everything is sorted out. Hang tight for now, and keep an eye on that thread!

 

What Misses said, I've seen numerous Support Chat requests today about MW3 DLC being a bit buggy. Last I heard they have it on the ropes of being fixed.
