Can't download purchased movies from the marketplace

    Can't download purchased movies from the marketplace


    I don't have the greatest internet, yet I pay full price for HD movies and don't get great quality, before on Xbox 360 download was an option so internet connection was required to play purchased movies, does Xbox plan to bring this back? Or how can you
    resolve this problem

    How to download movie from Xbox Video on Xbox One?

    FWIW - This also seems to apply to movies previously purchased from the 360. In so far as - if you purchased a movie from Xbox Video at any point, you cannot download it on Xbox One - only stream.

    So when they pull the movie from the marketplace, you lose the movies you purchased..

    Can't Download

    I just purchased "ArcaniA" from the XBL marketplace and it won't download. I've tried everything I could. But I keep getting a message saying "Can't Download ArcaniA". Can anyone help me out?

    What movie are you trying to play?

    Is that a movie you downloaded from the Xbox Marketplace, or is that a movie you try to play from an USB drive or DVD/BluRay Disc?

    This is the main reason I stopped purchasing Movies & TV Shows from Xbox Video. At least on the 360 you could download them. It even says in the fine print that you should download by a certain date as it could be removed from the marketplace.

    There are a few movies I own and downloaded, but are no longer in purchase history. So if I were to delete it from my 360, I wouldn't be able to watch at all. Really strange business practice. I can understand this for rentals, but what other video purchase
    site removes content paid for? Only Xbox Video...
