Can't download purchased games

    I'm sorry to hear about the download issues. If you haven't yet, I recommend looking at the troubleshooting guide we have for
    Xbox 360 storage devices. If you continue to experience the issue with that specific USB drive, you may want to try a different flash drive.

    Can't Download Purchased Games

    Hello, I recently purchased 'Tomb Raider' for my xbox 360 and despite my USB having more than enough gigabites to complete the download, it still comes up as my device being full. It's very frustrating and despite me repeatedly choosing seperate storage
    devices and even going as far as to cancel the download and restart it, I have only succeeded in wasting time. I would be very grateful if someone could offer a solution to my problem.

    Can't download purchased games

    Hi

    If the game has not started to install on its own please go into My games & Apps then scroll over to the far right of the games list there you will find a list of games waiting to install. All you then need to do is to click on the game and select install.

    But neither game appears to the far right in the list of games waiting to install. I've been an XBox fan for a LONG time and this is the first time I've had this problem. I called XBox support and they are working on the problem but still haven't been able
    to resolve it.

    I can now log in again (I think it was some hiccup on the Microsoft side, as I've changed no network settings), however I'm back to square one. Same original errors in compatibility mode (windows 8)

    Thanks for that info, QuitBrute. Are you able to Windows XP and Vista Compatibility Mode to see if that helps? The troubleshooting presented in the guide to

    Make older programs compatible with this version of Windows     may be able to assist with the issue you're experiencing.

    Additionally, do you own this game on disc or digitally and where did you acquire the license for the game from?
    Anything older than windows 8 requires a separate download. I don't own the disc, I bought the game directly from microsoft during a sale when they were promoting the platform about a decade ago
