Can't download purchased content

Hi,

Yesterday on the 31st of December I purchased two games for my Xbox 360; 'Child of Light' and 'Game of Thrones' from the Xbox store, but haven't been able to download either since.

I've tried downloading both of them, one at a time and get the same problem with both games, where the percentage reaches a certain point then reverses. For example it will say that its 15% downloaded, then 25%, then 32%, then will go back to 15% and repeat
this over and over in a loop. Both games do this, one even dropping to 0% again yesterday and nothing I seem to do works. I've tried clearing system cache for any reason that might help, there's enough space on the hard drive and the games are available in
my region and not age restricted for me so I don't see why they won't download.

Any help would be appreciated,

but the real question is do all 3 regions match, account region, console region, physical region. if none of those match up that would be the cause of the issue you are experiencing.

 

Ya if the content is available in your actual regions marketplace but don't have an in region marketplace but a mm ore popular one like us or UK that would be why your account region has to match your actual region and you would only have access to I nregion
not out of region content
