Can’t download profile

Bought a 360 to play my old guitar hero and rock band games, however it will not let me download my profile, just keeps getting a quarter of the way through the “downloading profile” screen and then it tells me there’s a problem with my credentials and I get the 8015190a error code. I’ve deleted everything off the console, cleared the cache, pretty much everything I can think of. I have no issue signing in on my series x so I don’t think it’s a profile issue. Of course I can’t talk to anyone in support other than the AI bot. Just incredibly frustrating. If anyone can help I’d greatly appreciate it

There are no reports as well but for sure it will stay working now.

Thanks, don’t know what the issue was, probably something to do with Xbox. Hopefully stays working

So after 3 days of trying to log in it decided to work right now. All set now. I tried all the troubleshooting solutions I could find on google but nothing ever worked so I have no idea what truly fixed it
