Can’t download profile

Hey everyone,

So I came across this thread, https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...al-issue/0a0e5155-a7c7-43db-a30e-0c7197b5323a and I had the same issue but im not as fortunate as I still have the issue. I have factory reset my Xbox 360, I’ve changed my passwords multiple times and still every time I try to download my profile I get the “Sorry, there’s a problem with the credentials that you’re using to sign in. 80151103” I don’t have 2 step verification, my password is only 9 characters. The testing connection always comes out with everything is working fine. I’m stuck, and it’s getting annoying typing in my email and password a bunch of times.

If anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this that would be great!

There are no reports as well but for sure it will stay working now.

Thanks, don’t know what the issue was, probably something to do with Xbox. Hopefully stays working

So after 3 days of trying to log in it decided to work right now. All set now. I tried all the troubleshooting solutions I could find on google but nothing ever worked so I have no idea what truly fixed it
