Can't download profile.

Haven't been able to download profile since 5/22. Any help or tips to try? Internet works fine everywhere else. My account says I have been on Live for 9 yrs. Never had a problem like this before.

8007007a is the error code I get when I try to download my profile on any Xbox 360

Mine a friends or a strangers xbox

I can play with other accounts no problem. But when I try this account I get the error code 8007007A sorry Xbox live profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again later.

I've reset network cleared cache factory reset modem. Even went as far as changing the billing info and passwords. Still same result. Thought I would try on a friends account. I can play fine on my Xbox. Help

I really didn't expect a ligitimate response. Seems this is the pat response to most problems. "Tell me what your doing wrong so we can fix it." Guess what, if I had that info I wouldnt be on here. Think any of it could be brought on by the fact the
Live service/status page has had some sort of alert/issues for the past 3 weeks. My issue is that my profile won't download. Seems pretty simple. Like before, I never encountered this in 9 previous years of service. All types of providers, and routers.
Nothing changed on my end just won't download profile. Maybe its the Live service?

The current service status alert shouldn't affect the fact that you are trying to download your profile from Live.

Do you have your current profile stored locally on your consoles storage device, or has this profile been deleted?

Do you get an error code when you try download your profile?

Can you run the diagnostic test on your console, to verify that it has a solid Connection to Xbox Live.

Go to System Settings and select Network Settings. Now select Test Xbox Live Connection and let us know if this test fails, and if so, where does it fail to connect

If you haven't already, I suggest that you clear your consoles system cache. My recommendation is that you repeat this process three times in a row.

To save yourself some time, I would also suggest that you answer the following questions up front, so we can have better understanding of your situation.

How many consoles do you have connected to this router?

Wired or wireless (for each console):

If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter?

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?

Any Error Codes you encounter:

Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)?

After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)
