Can't Download Profile

Greetings, I recently bought Rare Replay so I could play Banjo-Kazooie. When loading the game i get prompted to download a profile but when I go to download it, it will say that I'm not connected to the internet which is untrue. I have tried launching this
game directly and by using Rare Replay to load it, all having the same result. This seems to be the case with all of the Xbox 360 Rare Replay games, I have yet to try non Rare Replay Xbox 360 games. Help would be appreciated ^_^

Edit: Also not in the preview program

Can't download profile

8007007a is the error code I get when I try to download my profile on any Xbox 360

Mine a friends or a strangers xbox

I can play with other accounts no problem. But when I try this account I get the error code 8007007A sorry Xbox live profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again later.

I've reset network cleared cache factory reset modem. Even went as far as changing the billing info and passwords. Still same result. Thought I would try on a friends account. I can play fine on my Xbox. Help

I have the same problem, it's very annoying. I unable to play multiplayer with my pals and download my cloud saves. Turning both my console and internet router on and off does nothing.

Same probleme here....360 is connected but when i try to download my profile on the x1 it tells me that ther is no internet connection

I'm just going to return the game. This is quite disappointing, hope to see a fix soon.

Redownload your profile through X360 guide, mate! It worked for me!

Hey everyone!

Sorry to hear about the issue! If you haven't already, I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps:

First, press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.

Once your console has powered off, wait a few minutes and then power on your console.

Try loading loading the game that the issue is occurring with to see if the issue continues.

If the issue continues after trying the steps above, check out our Backward Compatibility Troubleshooting page for some helpful steps. If the issue persists, go ahead and fill out the survey

Yeah thank you that works on the xbox one and upwards.

We want to login / download our profile on the xbox 360 though and that does not work unfortunately, that is the whole problem.

By the way it doesn't make a difference if you plug in your lan cabel or use wifi at least here at my place...

For everyone there seems to be a workaround. Just search the peoblem on youtube there is a guide how to fix this. At you own risk though. Seems to have helped many people out. Not on my end though.

If you having these issues on Xbox 360, it is unfortunate Xbox 360 servers have been down and the tech support is aware of it and are trying to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Hey there Lt Cmdr Data29,

Let's try to clear the Xbox 360 cache on the console and see if that does the trick.

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.
(Note Double-tapping the Xbox button will open the guide from any other screen on the console.)

Select Settings.
Select All settings.
Select System and then select Storage.
Select Clear local Xbox 360 storage.
Select Yes and restart the console. (This will not affect your cloud saved games or Xbox One games and profiles.)

Give that a shot and let us know how it goes!
