Can't download profile Xbox one backwards compatible

When i try to download my profile it just says checking network status than says can't connect to xbox live? I am connected to Xbox live... This is extremely frustrating i was really excited to play black ops again... Will this ever be fixed?

I've had the same issue. Haven't found a clear solution. Some people have said switching to a hard wired connection works, some say factory resetting your console works, some say just removing your profile from your Xbox and redownloading it works. I've
tried all that and then some and nothing works for me. Hope one of those works for you though

Hello, my xbox live profile is called "RinsableMLG" and today for some reason, I can't play xbox 360 backwards compatible games be ause my profile won't download on the xbox 360 servers. I can play xbox one games, but I can't play my xbox 360 games
and my profile won't download and it states "There's a problem with your credentials, blah blah blah". If I use my other two accounts, I can play on the xbox 360 games but not my RinsableMLG one. I seriosuly don't know what to do and I'm panicking right now.

I have the exact same problem. I was just trying to play saints row but couldn't connect to xbox live on backwards compatibility. So I deleted my account and now I can't download on backwards compatibility with the same error message as you.

I'm afraid Pinball FX2 is not backwards compatible. You can't download this game on to your Xbox One.

Thank you for posting on the XBox forums. The Xbox backwards compatibility program is intended for the Xbox One, so the digital downloads for Xbox Original backwards compatible games can only be downloaded on an Xbox One console. You can probably still
play Xbox Original games on the Xbox 360 if you have the discs and if they were backwards compatible back when it was available on the Xbox 360.

Same problem, Works fine on Xbox one but 360 and backwards compatable does not allow online play. Tried all the "experts" recommendations and now can not even download my profile to the backwards compatable game when it loads, 2 hrs wasted
