can't download profile to Xbox 360 + can't search my Gamertag on console

hello this is a recent issue I've been experiencing on my account where nobody can add my account and I can't download my profile to my Xbox 360 console or play backwards compatible on xbox one. I spoke with an Xbox rep last night for 2 hours and nothing
has been solved. Hopefully somebody can help with this.

Downloading Profile Problems

I'm getting error code 80151006. This happened when I changed my gamertag on my new 360. My old gamertag and profile downloaded just fine on the new console but now that I changed it I can't download it. I've also tried to download my profile with my new
gamertag on my old console, it also will not download and I get the same error code.

To solve ths delete your profile from the console: Add or Remove Xbox Profile on an Xbox 360 Console

clear your console cache

download the account again: http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/console/clear-system-cache

 

the error code I receive when I try to download my profile is:

80154002

 

When contacting a support, was he able to pull-up your profile using your Gamertag? If so, were you able to verify the said account and check if it's linked to a Microsoft Account Email that you can access?

 

I am xbox live gold subscriber to a few months and one of the main reasons to subscribe to this service was the free games.

Well now that went backward compatibility microsoft says any gold subscriber can download the Xbox one games and the Xbox 360 for free, but then why you ask for a credit card? Hey games are not free?

This is a tremendous *** if I knew it would not sign the live.

I want to download the Live games without the credit card crap.

Can you please do something about it.

If you do not resolve my problem I will be required to sign for this illusory service. What a disappointment.

Please do not post in threads that are regarding a completely different topic, it's best oc create your own thread regarding your issue. Also be aware that the credit card is purely to verify the account it won't be charged for any of the GwG games
