Cant download profile to play 360 game on Xbox one

Hi there. I have the same issue and i cant download my profile on Xbox 360 because i cant access Xbox live. Issue also presents itself on the Xbox One and Series when playing Xbox 360 games.

Also the profile you made on the Xbox ONE would be the same one you can use on Xbox 360. I have switched from Xbox 360 to Xbox ONE and now getting most of my games I had to play back again, if the problem is still around please contact Xbox LIVE support
via the website or phone in though I would suggest going via the website to talk to someone from the gaming section

When you load any BC game up hit the start and select buttons (small round buttons on either side of the big xbox button on the controller that the same time.

This will bring up the 360 guide if you click on download profile it will ask for your email and password.

As long as your password is less then 16 characters (360s including the emulator on the one) do not like passwords longer then 16 characters if your password is longer then 16 you will need to change it to something less then 16 characters.

This should solve your problem.

Same problem tried to download two profiles to play split screen both wont download
cleared 360 cache deleted all profiles

now cant play any BC titles as its deleted my main 360 profile that was working

All i get is "xbox live profile can't be downloaded right now" error 80090304
