    Can’t download profile on Xbox 360 (8015190A) 2020


    Not been on 360 for about 3-4 weeks, switch it on to look for gold deals etc... and it didnt recognise i had gold membership. Check network and eveything fine. Cleared cache, changed passwords, changed avatar, removed my profile in hope that downloading
    it would help. Now i cant download it atall. Says “Welcome gamertag” Gets to 10% downloaded and then get this error:

    “sorry, theres a problem with the credientials that your using to sign in. Go to accounts.live to fix the problem

    8015190A”

    can log into xbox app on phone, can log in via phone browser, can log in using PC.

    only things ive done on my account (via xbox.com) was to add a code for 1 month game pass ultimate, and ive bought an couple of 360 titles.

    really frustrating. Spoke to microsoft support and he was helpful actually, and said theres currently an outtage for certain 360 users and 360 backward compatibility thats been active for the last day and is predicted to be sorted in 2 days. But ive managed
    to sign in to an xbox profile that hasnt got live.

    is anyone else having the same issue at the moment? (Dec 2020).

    I just wanted to play some forza 4!

    I am sorry to hear that you are having these problems downloading your profile, please keep these considerations in mind for a successful profile download.

    - If you have a Game Pass subscription, please disable recurring billing by following the information at this link

    - If you are using a password longer than 12 characters, please change it to a shorter one.

    - If you have 2-step verification enabled, disable it.

    Once you make sure of that, try the profile download again.

    I am with nearly everyone in this thread. I tried to log on this afternoon to play for a bit and I got the 8015190A error everyone else is getting. I, too, tried to follow the instructions on that support page of deleting the profile, clearing cache 3 times,
    rebooting, ect. and the same error keeps happening. I check my network connection and everything is fine. At this point, I have an Xbox 360 with no profile that has a perfect network connection, that cannot download my profile. When I try to do so, it begins
    to download and says "Hi ! Now downloading profile..." and then gets the 8015190A error saying "Sorry, Xbox Live Profiles cannot be downloaded right now. Try again later." This is after about 6 hours of trying to log in on and off.

    Backwards compatibility errors

    Hi Gamer,

    The
    error code     you are referencing is for not able to connect to live. It is possible that the 360 emulator is having difficulties. Have you tried to uninstall and

    reinstall the profile     from the Xbox one? If you still have issues you may need to find an Xbox 360 to download the profile on. Sounds like it is reading it on the emulator as an offline profile.
