Can't download profile on any gfwl game

It seems that this error was due to something on microsofts side and has now been fixed. I have downloaded my profile, entered my product key and can sign into live.

This is the same error I'm getting. I've tried a number of things (listed in my question) without any luck.

One time I thought it might be working since the blue bar was running for 10 or 15 minutes. Unfortunately I left to do something and when I came back the PC had fallen asleep, so it didn't work again.

Same problem here. Got fallout 3 but cant log in

Also with your issue if the menu looks xbox 360 style then you have an outdated version the latest one is a drop down from top to bottom. Also if 2FA authentication and security settings setup you need your app password as your login password for GFWL

I am currently half way im the process of downloading my profile , but when someone goes online. I get the home key press icon .

Currently attempting to play the classic Gears on pc dont ask why just want to .

Second day into the attempt in getting this fixed as i have done it before . If anyone is still having issues. I suggest uninstalling both games for windows live in uninstall apps .

I portforwarded port 80 for tcp , 3074 tcp/udp. I enabled upnp and disabled and re enabled . Lastly went into firewall settings allowed both the client and app that was installed .

Good luck im currently 2 hours and a half in at 58% downloading . I can say 1 minute after inputting password it does show my gamertag . But bar is so slow ive been alt tabbing back and forth GG .ill update once done.
