    Cant Download Profile For Backwards Compatible Games on Xbox One


    So I've been unable to connect to Xbox Live while playing backwards compatible 360 games on my Xbox One X. Whenever I try to download my profile, I just get the "Can't connect to Xbox Live. Select Test Connection to troubleshoot connection" message. And
    selecting "Test Connection" just takes me to the Xbox One's Network screen, which just shows me that everything is fully connected and all services are available.

    I've tried connecting through different Back Compat games, deleting and re-downloading games, deleting my local 360 saves, resetting my console, and deleting my profiles (which, considering that it still wont connect, I now can't even save my progress on
    back compat games anymore)

    Is there any info about this issue? i haven't been able to connect my back compat profile in about a week now....

    Thank you for posting on the XBox forums. The Xbox backwards compatibility program is intended for the Xbox One, so the digital downloads for Xbox Original backwards compatible games can only be downloaded on an Xbox One console. You can probably still
    play Xbox Original games on the Xbox 360 if you have the discs and if they were backwards compatible back when it was available on the Xbox 360.

    Same problem, Works fine on Xbox one but 360 and backwards compatable does not allow online play. Tried all the "experts" recommendations and now can not even download my profile to the backwards compatable game when it loads, 2 hrs wasted
