Can't download profile, error.

Question for anyone who might have experienced the samething? I changed my gamertag on my Xbox One. All is well, new tag, no issues. However its caused a problem on my Xbox 360. My 360 no longer recognizes my profile. So i go to redownload my account using
my email and password. All goes, it starts downloading. However while its downloading my game info i get the 80072EFE error. Does it everytime. I tried downloading on different networks, with different routers, and nothing. I can't recover my accont on the
360. Everything is still fine on the Xbox One though. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Xbox takes forever to sign in and I keep getting error message 80072ee2

Edit I deleted my profile to clear my cache and download my profile again

Now everytime I download my profile it can't it says profiles can't be downloaded now and gives me an error message

 

Lots of people, including myself, are currently experiencing this issue. It's up to Microsoft to fix it on their end.

Think if I change it back to my old tag it will work?

 

Nah don't waste your money, this issue is quite big now, affecting plenty of people.

 

I have just created a new gamertag with a new email address and everything has worked fine.

When i try and recover my account that i am on xbox.com with it will NOT recover throws up the same error everytime 80072EFE.

My account is on my xbox one though.

 

In the other threat we came to the conclusion that its linked to gamer tags with a lot of info/gamerscore/purchases etc.

 

I've deleted alot of my arcade games, even game saves for games i haven't played in years. Cleared the cache. Still get the error. Doesnt like much else i can do on my end. Hopefully they can fix this with a patch? Or even care enough to do so.

I've recently downloaded my gamertag, so I assume that it does work now.
