Can't download profile - Error: 8015B00E

Thats only a work around solution. You can log on after downloading the profile, but if you restart the console the same problem occurs.

 

I have the same problem. I always logged in entering my email and password until the error code showed up. The way to solve it was to select "remember password" check box. And that was it, solved for logging in. The issue for me is that my kids can auto
logg in into my acount and buy anything they want with my credit card.

 

I just deleted my account and redownloaded it and it's working fine now

 

THANKS FOR YOUR HELP IS GOOD SAFETY PROBLEM BUT THE ONLY PROBLEM IN HANDLING THIS IS THE NEED TO DELETE PROFILE AND ELEMENTS.

SO I CAN PLAY LIVE BUT THAT IT COST?

I put the check thing for my password (after clearing the cache, rebooting the console, downloading my profile, RE-downloading my profile) and I STILL can't get in...

Did they make this worse or something? Also: anyone else wandering why is it only the players with Security Proofs are getting affected, more specifically the system in charge of it???

I was having the same issue. I read this thread and all I had to do was clear the marketplace date like suggested above. it's working fine now! best of luck!

 

To solve this problem i removed my sign in via my mail and password and went to normal sign in problem solved

 

Having the same problem for a few days now. Xbox Help tried to help me but everything that they have suggested hasn't gotten me anywhere.

 

I posted earlier about Shoop's method working yet it was only a temporary fix. I decided to take some more advice and I clicked the 'remember password' button as I had to enter my email and password to sign in. The error code re-appeared, I clicked b, and
signed in again. This time it seems to be working. Hopefully this works and/or Microsoft figures this out. I also seem to not be receiving any achievements but that's for another forum.

 

Got a new error tonight for the same problem and neither of these (8015B00E or the new 801901F4) is supported in the Error Code Search. Really don't want to check the remember password as a "fix".

 

Not sure if it has been solved for everyone, but it's now working fine for me, if anyone else is still having problems, just follow Snoop's method, it's annoying but it'll get you online temporary until it is fixed

 

I believe Microsoft has finally fixed this, though I am dissapointed in how long it took them, but maybe they will provide compensation who knows
