Can't download profile - Error: 8015B00E

Yo got the same issue but it's the account I had since the beginning in my xbox... do I still do that mareketplace thing or what?

 

Having the same problem and the above problem seems to help momentarily, it does log on after downloading the profile again, but then after restarting the console the same thing happens again

 

I'm experiencing the same problem. I've tried every solution posted in this tread and I am still getting the error code... Thanks for wasting approximately 1.5 hours of my life microsoft.

has this been a common problem its the first time i have heard of this ,im helping friend with this now

 

Checking the "Remember Password" does help the problem, however now I wonder, is there a way to uncheck this when the problem is fixed?

 

Seems that deleting profile / clearing cache / restarting console / re-downloading profile corrects the issue temporarily. Once the console is shut off and turned back on (at least for me) signing in produces the same error code 8015B00E. I explained this
to the rep, and they said they've been receiving isolated reports on this issue. The rep kindly walked me through the above process twice, and twice I got the same error message upon restarting the console. At that point I was told that it was a back-end issue
and that they would need to resolve this on there end, so for the time being I guess I will need to follow that procedure every time I want to use live.

 

click remember password. mines just worked

 

I've been having recieving this error code for several days whenever I try to log in. The clear cash method did not fix my issue. What did fix the issue is just checking the remember password box and then re-logging in. Connected on the first try. I don't
like unfettered access to my account by my roommates friends but It'll work for now.

 

I had this problem, did the shoop instructions, now logged in.

....I didn't read every other post here thoroughly. ....I'm wondering if all of us who have this problem are ones that sign in with a password every time, AND may have submitted an incorrect password. I did this recently and wonder if this may have triggered
the security issue many are having?

 

Mine was working fine until I tried to chamge my password. The new password works perfectly on the internet, but now I am getting the error code when I log in. I tried all the suggestions and it worked. If it is a problem with the password system, I may
just turn off the password requirement.

 

Still getting this problem today. Deleting my profile then downloading it again seems to work. Hopefully there's a permanent fix soon, getting into GTA Online takes long enough without this on top.

 

I have the same code on my Xbox 360 as well. My thing is this: Why do we (I mean the consumers) have to suffer all of these constant errors because "the tech support" won't get off of their butts and do their jobs? Microsoft is supposed the best at what
they do, or so I was told. It seems to me like they don't give a flying **** about us. Believe me, this is not the first time I've had an issue with them. I'm still waiting for Xbox Video to allow me to sync my purchased (and I do mean purchased, not rented)
movies/tv shows to my phone so I can watch something on it and does not require me stream it. And yes, it's a windows phone 8 (In case any Microsoft rep wants to insult my intelligence). Clearly, I am upset with these sudden changes and I know I am not alone.
I wonder if Microsoft even cares for their customers' opinions on any matter. Well, here's mine: It seems like ever since Bill Gates left, Microsoft is going downhill. I hope to be proven wrong.
