    Can't download profile - error 800704DC


    Hello!

    I haven't played on my 360 since I've got the Xbox One. In order to transfer my minecraft save, I've booted it up again and got the error 800704DC on downloading my profile.

    I tried allready to delete the system cache, download the profile to an usb-stick, plug the power-source. I even changed the password of my microsoft-account.

    Is there anything else I can do to get my profile downloaded to my 360?

    Trouble re-downloading my profile to my xbox.

    Can't re-download my profile to my xbox. Keep getting a error code number 800704DC. Have no idea what to do.

    An error code shows up when I try to download my profile. The error code is 800704DC.

    SOLVED

    I've removed my credit card from the account and added it again. Now it works to download my profile.

    Not sure why you needed to download your profile again,you can have your profile on the 360 & the xbox one at the same time.

    Have you tried everything here
    support.xbox.com/.../error-code-lookup

    I'm having the same issues here. It's not an issue of connecting to XBL, it's an issue signing into it. I just tried to re-download my profile and I was prompted with the '800704DC' error message saying 'Sorry, XBL profiles can't be downloaded right now.
    Try again later.'
