    Can't download profile due to being unable to connect to Xbox live....sigh


    As the title says, I, too, am getting the problem so many before me have had and continue to suffer with. The issue of being unable to download a profile to save the game. Unable to connect, test connection, Xbox one connection screen, connected. I wish
    I knew about this garbage before I shelled out $60 on fallout new vegas. What can I do to fix this because, I'm sure I can't get a refund, can I?

    80004005 ERROR -__- NAT is OPEN.....

    I have this exact problem with my account as well. i couldn't connect so i deleted my profile and cleared my cashe only to find i can't download my profile due to Error 80004005 - unable to download profiles at this time.

    Connection issues

    I've tried doing all the new suggestions now. Downloading the firmware update fixed the problem for about 45 minutes before it returned. I also can't download my profile due to not being able to connect to LIVE. Rather frustrating.

    I took a peek at your
    Xbox.com profile     and I noticed that you recently unlocked some achievements in Fallout: New Vegas. Are you still experiencing the issue or has the issue sorted itself out?

    I've got an 80151906 error code and can't connect to the network?

    I can't download my profile, because this error code is preventing me from being connected to Xbox Live. You need to be connected to Xbox live to download a profile. Any other solutions? Not being able to play a majority of my games, because they're backwards
    compatible is very frustrating!

    I have no answer for this question, but the same is happening to me. This is really annoying me now, I want to go on the Xbox but I can't because I can't download my account again!

    I turned the Xbox on and it says "connect to Xbox LIVE" so I press that and it pops up saying "Unable to connect" which is fair enough because that could have been my internet connection. Then I sign out and test my Xbox LIVE connection and it all connects
    up fine. AND THEN I TRY SIGNING IN AGAIN AND IT SAYS UNABLE TO F*CKING CONNECT! So i delete my profile and re-download it. AND IT SAYS "Sorry Xbox LIVE profiles can't be downloaded right now". F*ck you Microsoft. F*ck you. Sort this out.
