Can't Download PC Games I purchased from Microsoft - Support Needed

Make sure the game you're trying to download supports Play Anywhere. Otherwise, you'll need to purchase the PC version in order to download and play on the PC. If it is, you should be able to download it from the Xbox app or Microsoft Store app.

You need to download the game from the Microsoft store app in the Pc with the account that made the purchase

What you bought will only work for the console. Only games that support Play Anywhere can be purchased for Xbox and also downloaded and played on PC (and vice versa). You would need to purchase it for the PC in order to download it on the PC. It's not available through the Microsoft Store for PC.

Thank you for your reply. I am downloading onto my PC not XBox console. I didn't realize I had to go into my Microsoft store on the computer and that is where it would be. I thought I could download it right from where I bought it in my orders. Download
was successful, except as soon as I downloaded the game onto my PC I get a pop up box telling me my device is no longer supported. Why would Microsoft not tell you before purchasing Minecraft Windows 10 version for the PC that it wouldn't be supported or maintained
on my PC any longer until after I purchased the game & downloaded it. Now I am trying to get a refund and they won't give it to me because I "Consumed" the game already. Where was this warning before I purchased the game? Am I suppose to be psychic to know

It depends on the games. If they support Play Anywhere, you can sign into your account and reinstall them from the Microsoft Store/Xbox apps on your PC. If they don't support Play Anywhere, you would need to purchase the PC version of the games in order to play them on PC.
