    Credit card withhold my money but I can't get my FIFA point in FIFA14

    I bought some FIFA points duing FIFA 14 ingame store, credit card display pay successfully ,but I can't download the file which in order to increase FIFA points.How I can refund my money ? or add FIFA point in Games. Now I just have billing confirm email.

    The exact same thing is happening to me, i bought fifa 14 and every time i try to download it, it says "can't download fifa 14" It deleted all my consisting fifa 14 files, and i have tryed to change harddrive, nothing seems to work.

    So is there a good reason to get a game on disc instead download, assuming there is plenty of space on my xbox 360? What is the downside to purchasing FIFA 14 via download?

    Now i can buy Any game But i can't buy fifa 15 :9 It's says " this game's region does not match this console it will not be downloaded and you will not be charged
