    Can't download or install bought game


    So a few years ago I bought Disneyland adventures for the PC, I still have the code, and when I enter it, It just says its been redeemed, That is correct, but its not in my games and there is nothing anywhere to download it again, so where do I download it from I have a new hard drive aswell. Thanks

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    Make sure that you’re signed in under the correct account where the game code was redeemed. Please go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders then locate the redemption transaction. It should be stated as “completed” or “redeemed”.

    Once confirmed and found make sure that you’re signed in under the correct access on both Xbox App and Microsoft Store app. Sign out then sign back in.

    Microsoft does not have this game in their PC store, only for the console. If you don't have an Xbox or are not interested in playing this game on your console I recommend that you ask for a refund.
