    Hello!

    Lately I've been having an issue when I attempt to download new games, they sometimes give the error "Can't download", when around seventy or eighty percent complete.

    At first, I only had the problem with previously downloaded games, such as Mafia II, and Dante's Inferno. I wasn't too upset, as they both were from Games With Gold, but now that it is doing it with Lego Harry Potter, which was just purchased, it has grown
    troublesome.

    Is there anything I can do to maybe fix this problem?

    I've tried deleting the corrupted file in the storage, and resetting the modem and router. I also tried deleting the system cache as well, all to no avail. I just redownloaded the system update, so I haven't tried that yet. And I haven't tried redownloading
    my profile yet either.

    Any help is greatly appreciated, and thanks for your time.

    Just go to download profile on your 360 or One but I think there is an issue with Xbox live right now because when I tried downloading mine on the 360, I get an error message saying Xbox Live profiles can't be downloaded right now even though the Xbox Live
    service status says everything is up and running.
