cant download nexflix

hi so i cant download Netflix on my xbox one it the only app/game i cant install what can i do?

i was having trouble even finding it but after i signed up for xbox live i did but now it will not let me download it. Can u please help me? the kids want to watch movies!

Do you have enough memory left on your hard drive?

To check your memory, and delete items to make room (if necessary)

Xbox Dashboard (home) > Settings (on the far right) > System > Storage > Hard Drive > Look for something you wont miss and delete it to make room.

 

I was about to ask you what nexflix was, then I noticed you spelled it correctly in your actual post.

What region do you live in? It's not available in certain areas, which might be your issue. Also, when you try to install it, is there some kind of error message?

If you haven't already done so, I would also recommend checking out the xbox.com support forums - if other people are having a similar issue, you might be able to find a solution there.
