    Hi,

    I am ready to scream with your Microsoft Jigsaw puzzles. I followed previous directions from Support to delete puzzles already done so I have room to buy new ones. Well, now those puzzles went back to where you buy new ones although they do say download
    but if I try to dl them, it doesn't do anything. I tried buying a few new ones and they won't download either. I wish someone would fix this mess. Please help. Thank you.

    No room for new puzzles

    Can't get anymore new puzzles. Seems it is all full up an no more new puzzles will download. I have done all the old ones, but can't delete them to make room for new puzzles. What do I do?

    Why won't my puzzles load? I've played this for months and now it has suddenly taken away all my puzzles and won't download them or any new ones. Is there a fix? Someone please help.

    Does anyone know how to delete jigsaw puzzle collections when they are completed.. It is one of my favorite games, but when I download them and can't DELETE them .. I don't want to use all my space for puzzles..

    PLEASE HELP ME DELETE THE COMPLETED JIGSAW PUZZLES.

    I'm having the same problem I'm staring to think they just don't care about how this game works its not like it has there company name on it or anything oh wit it does wow way for them to make themselves look bad

    I also have this issue and have had it for several weeks. I was considering paying for Premium recently as the ads lag the puzzles so badly sometimes, so glad I didn't now.
