Can't download Never Alone on Xbox One

I can't seem to download Never Alone it gets stuck after downloading 200 mb. I have tried restarting console, router and nothing seems to work. I am in Australia and I have seen a couple other people with the same problem.

Sorry to hear you are having issues, i would first take a look at the Troubleshoot slow game or app downloads

I have the same issu with my Day One Xbox One this week (slow/interupted download). Never got this kind of problem before ether. Downloading Forza Horizon takes me like 2 days and the most frustrating... i can't play it because it ask for the disk or to
go back to the xbox market...Anyway, you'r not alone friends!

I recommend to try doing a
soft factory reset of the console,
Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.
