Can't download my xbox360 gamer profile on xbox one on any backward game

I am stuck on downloading your game info screen endlessly.. The game starts.. Asks me to download my profile after email and password the game starts downloading profile but stops at 70% indefinitely My connection is checked with support several time all

Can't connect to live for backwards compatible games

Live works fine on Xbox One, however whenever I attempt to play any backwards compatible game I'm prompted to download my profile (the one signed in on Xbox One), which then leads to a notification saying that I can't connect to live. I've tried hard resetting/factory
resetting/reinstalling the games, none has worked. Would appreciate any assisstance

same thing happens to me. it has worked before but randomly one day its made me re download my profile and always gets stuck at like 20 percent and never changes.
