Can't download my profile?

Edit I deleted my profile to clear my cache and download my profile again

Now everytime I download my profile it can't it says profiles can't be downloaded now and gives me an error message

Sometimes if in your password you have symbol like -_#@ or similar or your password is too long, the Xbox 360 (phisical and emulated in Xbox One either) can't download your account.

Make sure your password is not longer than 16 characters

If you have two step verification turned on either use your app password or turn off TSV
