Can't download my profile.

I tried signing in to Xbox live the other day and it told me that I couldn't connect to xbox live, and asked if I wanted to test my connection. I did and I was able to connect to xbox live just fine, but my profile couldn't whenever I was signed in. I
looked up a solution, and I found that redownloading my account and clearing the system cache could solve the problem, but when I tried to redownload the profile, it gives me the error code: 800704DC, which I searched and it told me to sign into my microsoft
account and verify that everything is correct, did that, still can't download the profile and I get the same error code. I can sign into xbox live with my other account and it works fine but so far I cannot redownload my profile. Can anyone help?

Can't download my profile

I have my profile on my main XBox, I keep trying to download my profile on another xbox and it won't let me. I keep getting error messages like "There is an issue with your profile, go to support" I've tried changing my password and I get the same result

Can't download my profile

I am tired of waiting.for issue SRX141897700ID to be resolved.. I have been unable to play on my 360 since Wed. March 14th. simply because the profile won't download, even tho I can access Microsoft.com and Xbox Live on the .damn thing. If it's not fixed
today, I'll take my business elsewhere!!!!!!

Hey mate, it seems like your security proofs aren't verified which generally happens if you add them through the console. I would suggest following the link and clicking 'Manage your security info' and sign-in to verify through the PC:

support.xbox.com/.../add-security-proof

If you're still having issues after that then try deleting your profile from the console (profile only), clearing the system cache, restart the console and re-download your profile.

Sorry for not responding sooner, there was another problem where I couldn't reply, but I think I fixed it. However my main problem persists. I've verified everything on my microsoft account, and also it shouldn't be a problem with the microsoft account
because my other profile linked to it works just fine, any ideas? Thanks for replying!

Edit I deleted my profile to clear my cache and download my profile again

Now everytime I download my profile it can't it says profiles can't be downloaded now and gives me an error message

Sometimes if in your password you have symbol like -_#@ or similar or your password is too long, the Xbox 360 (phisical and emulated in Xbox One either) can't download your account.
