Can't download my profile since yesterday 17th April

Like other people here I'm unable to download my profile. It gets to about 70%, starts over a few times then gives me an error. I've tried all the troubleshooting,none of which work.

Thanks Mortal, I'm keeping a close eye on the threads. I thought I'd add my topic so Microsoft see a few on the boards. The problem is definitely on their end. I'll post if I read about it being fixed. I'm going to message some game sites, hopefully they'll
post an article about this. I doubt it though.

Been reading these threads since yesterday, I have the exact same problem as everyone else, cant download my profile since April 17. I wonder exactly how many people this affects? Yesterday I talked on the phone for an hour and a half with a guy from support,
He was nice and all, tried to help me but of course couldnt. Hello from Sweden by the way.
