Can't Download My Games

I purchased Skyrim today and after many attempts it continues to tell me " cannot download Skyrim " This also happens with the free game for gold Witcher 2. It only gets to about 30% and then stops. I paid good money for this game and would like to know
how to fix the issue.I have plenty of memory space. Please and thank you!

hello everyone I have two Xbox ones and I bought and downloaded black opps 3 on one of them and can't download it on the other I don't know what to do.

If you purchased the full game on the account you're trying to access from but cannot find it then give phone support a call for more assistance Customer Support

does the region match your account some games are region locked meaning the regions of the console, the account, and physical location (usa, usa, usa, yes it will work, uk, usa, uk, no it will not). if all 3 of those are met and you are still having an
issue downloading I dunno what would be the issue.

If your region matches then you should hard reset your modem and router

What happens when you try to install the game? Do you have enough space? Have you tried downloading from your ready to install list?

I can't download game also, i have it in my library, but download stops at 70% and gives me error that game can't be downloaded! Is there any chance that game data is broken?
