Can´t download my forza horizon again

My console came with a redeem code for Forza horizon so I istalled it on my internal HDD 250 GB and it worked well, but when I changed my internal HDD for a bigger one and copy all stuff to my new HDD 500 GB, I couldn´t play. So I deleted it and tried to
download it again, but now downloading goes to 79% and starts over and over again... After a few hours it stops. On HDD it says incomplete or corrupted. I cleared cache and this kinda stuff but nothing. I wanted microsoft to discard or delete this redeem code,
but they say it is not possible. If they´d removed the game and I could purchase it again I think it would solve my problem. Now is Forza horizon for free and I can´t purchase it... I want to play this game I love it...

Can`t install Forza Horizon 3 Code:0x80073D0D

In january I could play forza but my second harddisk crashed. Now I would like to install forza horizon 3 on my new HDD but I can`t. I can`t install "Forza Horizon 3" on the windows store. I get at the end from the download the failure code 0x80073D0D.

I repaired the xbox app and the windows store but I have still the same problem. Pls help me. The windows support doesn`t want to help me.

Sorry to hear it. Which country do you live in and which country is your gamertag set for? The issue that you're describing suggests that both are different.

I live in the Czech republic and gamertag is for the Czech republic.

There currently appears to be an outage with Forza Horizon 4’s servers. Maybe try again in 12-24 hours.

Hello, well, i am from Romania.... I STILL CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY I CAN'T DOWNLOAD this game. It doesn t matter this game, but maybe in the future i want to download another awesome game and i can t.... Look how i see the problem here: if my console or if
my country were the problem here then i shouldn t be able to download forza horizon 1 right from the start, right? I mean, in september i activated my gold membership and my membership is still active in this month, also i can play online games like gta 5,
forza horzion 1, call of duty WaR/ Black Ops, diablo 3 and so on..... i was able to download forza horizon 1 to my console. I really don t understand or see the problem here. Maybe i am too dumb... My billing info and my locale is set to United Kingdom.
