Cant download my digital copy

first i wanna apologize if this thread is in the wrong section or if its been covered already. i never use this forum and I'm not good at navigating it. i JUST got my advanced warfare edition xbox one and when i went to download the game, i got a message
saying something like it can't find the content after putting in the code. i tried this 4-5 times, proof read the code each time and it hasn't worked. I'm just trying to find some answers, some help to get this game downloaded and installed

Digital Download Games + Collections?

Well, i first started out my game collection (Not big really, just bought my 360 when they announced the next gens, i hate you fateeeee!) with the physical copies.

Then i bought some digital ones, but what i want to know is... Why cant you buy a digital game download from like gamestop or something, and they give you the case with the download code? So you can still count it to a game collection, and have the game to show for it.

So that's why i'd like to know why, cant this be possible?

Make a new thread over there, i don`t have an xbox one so do not know how to help you.
